Welcome!

Welcome to the course, Educating the Deaf!  This blog is a place for you to share your questions, ideas and what you are learning in class each week.  You'll be able to use it during class to provide feedback on activities as well as at the end of class to submit your exit slips.  There may be times you'll be asked to share your ideas or to find a resource to share with the class and place it here as well as to extend classroom conversations.

This also an excellent place for you to discuss questions you may have about how to approach or complete assignment or our class trip in October for a literacy activity at the Kentucky School for the Deaf (pictured here.)  Another example, discuss with your classmates ideas about where to complete the site visit, rides or the report.  This is an excellent way to share ideas here that can benefit everyone.
